Irritability😬

Sometimes it is not misery or fatigue; it is irritability. The state of irritability is not simple. It is a feeling of discomfort. Irritability will have a person emotions, thoughts and actions all out of line such as being impatient, dismissive, unfocused, confused, tired and/or mad. Searching for relief is the hardest with this particular condition because of the emotional and mental state imbalance. I will advise those whom endure/suffer with irritability to be mindful of the present. Oftentimes in discomfort we as people tend to fast forward our minds(fantasize) to the future and the possibilities of what it will bring to make the feeling go away. Listen, Feel and soak all of it in it until you calm completely down. Accepting our present moments, awakens us to our next thought out "planned" steps. Each step is an experience. An experience that will lead to a better tomorrow for a better future. Irritability can stem from a person's diet, thought process, and nervous system. Always be aware of your thoughts, what you consumed and who you were around. Spiritually, others can put someone in an irritable state too. Awareness is key! Irritability can be overcome.Try to do a little at a time, take the smaller steps in the bigger picture and spend plenty of time alone to not have the influence of others while you are healing. Irritability will also have a person avoiding others while wanting to crumble up in a corner(figuratively speaking). The best way to handle that is to socialize. Talk to positive people. Ground and govern yourselves accordingly! Peace and love!
