Our Why: Bloom Effect Cosmetics was created because the founder, Rayna, wanted to experience her full feminine potential. She desired to make a light makeup routine to eventually grow into a more glamorous and "divalicious" look for certain occasions. She is her mom's only daughter and she was raised with three brothers so Bloom Effect cosmetics is a way to connect healthily with other women. Unite in full feminine energy!
